A new web experience has arrived on TripIt – TripIt Blog
The rumors are true: TripIt – your travel planning destination – has a new web experience. With the launch of this updated modern theme, you can expect a completely updated user interface for a streamlined and elegant experience; Redesigned design for easier navigation; New language dropdown menu to support world travelers; And much more – all to help you more easily use the TripIt features you know and love. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new. What can I expect from TripIt’s new web experience? Our goal is to provide TripIt users the flexibility to plan trips and manage travel plans the way they want, with a consistent user interface experience across platforms and devices. The new web experience is part of a series of improvements based on your feedback, to make sure TripIt remains the innovative app you rely on when traveling. The new web experience has countless new benefits for TripIt users, including: an all-new streamlined experience with a modern look and feel Intuitive navigation with easy to discover TripIt features The ability to easily adjust language settings via the dropdown button at the top right The ability to navigate; add, edit and remove plans; adjust your profile and settings; And using TripIt’s other core features, Better accessibility, especially to screen reader capabilities and keyboard users Only getting to enjoy TripIt on the desktop, which is great for organizing itineraries while planning a trip Where can I find it? Head to www.tripit.com, then select Sign up to create a new account or Sign in to access an existing account. Click the New Website toggle button in the upper-right corner to switch to the new web experience. What languages are available? To help better serve our users around the world, the new web experience is available in all languages supported by TripIt. This includes English (US and UK), French, German, Spanish (Latin America and Spain), and Japanese. Language preferences can be easily set via the dropdown button at the top right of the navigation. Can I provide feedback on the new TripIt web experience? We love it! To do this, click the blue pop-up that says “Give new website feedback or access the Help Center” the first time you sign in to the new web experience. Or click the Support button in the navigation bar, select Submit New Feedback on Website, and then fill out the form with your ideas. Keep in mind that while some features are not yet introduced in the new web experience, all the features you rely on are available in the TripIt mobile app or by switching back to the Legacy website. We plan to keep adding to the new web experience, so you’ll see regular updates over time. How can I go back to the old web experience? You can go back to your old web experience at any time by clicking the New Website toggle switch in the upper-right corner of the page.
